Our Story
Diversity Lock was founded in West Yorkshire, by a professional with over a decade of experience who realized that, despite high-level qualifications, the lack of integrated, neuro-specific support made career transition nearly impossible. We recognized that the problem isn't a lack of talent, but a flaw in traditional, rigid recruitment processes.
The mission became clear: Stop viewing neurodiversity as an accommodation problem and start viewing it as a structural problem requiring a systematic solution.
