Investigation ExecutionLead complex, confidential investigations (including whistleblower reports) into serious crime, ensuring timely and legally compliant conclusions.
Legal Adherence & Case File ManagementCompile detailed, robust case files suitable for both internal disciplinary processes and external criminal prosecution, demonstrating expertise in PIP 2/Tier 2 standards.
Stakeholder LiaisonMaintain and develop strong networks with Police and external agencies to secure necessary expertise and effective crisis response.
Risk Prevention & PolicyProvide senior-level expert guidance on crime prevention strategies and identify systemic risks contrary to Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption Acts.
Training & SecurityDesign and deliver relevant training packages to improve colleague safety and assist in managing internal and external site security officers.

Location and Flexibility

This is a Hybrid role based at Hilmore House Head Office in Bradford (BD3 7DL). The expectation is a 5-day working week, with a minimum requirement of 3 days based in the office to foster collaboration and manage confidential material. Free parking is provided on site.
