AT A GLANCE
The Inclusion Lock™ Assessor is responsible for completing structured, evidence-based assessments of partner organisations’ documents. Assessors do not judge people or culture. They evaluate whether the organisation’s written policies, templates, and processes support neurodivergent employees in a clear, consistent, and predictable way.
This role is central to maintaining the integrity, fairness, and reliability of the Inclusion Lock™ Accreditation Framework.
Goal: Complete structured, evidence-based assessments of partner organizations' documents.
Focus: Evaluating policies, templates, and processes for clear, consistent, and predictable support for neurodivergent employees.
Key Skill: Ability to follow structured processes and exhibit strong attention to detail.
