  • 2. Onboarding Support: Structured post-placement coaching and peer mentoring through the crucial first 3–6 months of a new role.

  • 3. Access to Work Support: Expert guidance and administrative assistance to secure AtW funding for long-term job sustainment.

B. High-Margin Consulting Services (The Employer Revenue)

These services monetize our expertise and market authority:

  • 1. Specialized Recruitment Consultancy: Exclusive, retained placement services for organizations that have achieved the Inclusion Lock Mark, ensuring they access vetted, high-calibre talent.

  • 2. Neuro-Vetting Index (NVI) Data Reporting: Providing premium, proprietary data reports to large organizations and industry bodies, benchmarking their neuro-inclusive performance against competitors.
