What We Expect to See (The Standard)
Organizations pay us to verify their commitment to a specific level of clarity that is non-negotiable for neurodiverse talent. To achieve the Inclusion Lock Mark, employers must demonstrate their capability in:
1. Neurodiversity Inclusion Statement (Explicit Commitment): A formal commitment to viewing adjustments as performance tools, not accommodations, with a named point of contact for requests.
2. Work Environment & Communication Details (Clarity): Providing explicit details on the physical and sensory demands of the role. (e.g., Is the office open-plan? Are meetings spontaneous? Is task assignment written or verbal?)
3. Guaranteed Interview Adjustments (Trust): Demonstrable capability to provide structured interview formats (e.g., written questions, quiet rooms, time extensions) upon request.
The Service: Structural Verification
